Mr. Salgare, learned Advocate for respondents no. 3 and 4 submits that the order seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner has been forwarded to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar in the last week. The said statement is accepted.

Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the prayer for release of monthly salary, the petitioner and

The parties may work out on such solution. In case, no such solution is worked out, the petitioner is at liberty to assail the same afresh.

The Education Officer shall decide the proposal forwarded by the institution seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
