We have heard Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 and learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 & 2. 2.

Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proposals are pending with respondent No.3 for starting GNM course. The same is not yet considered by respondent No.3. 3.

The respondent No.3 shall consider the application of petitioner for opening GNM college in accordance with the statute,
