Mr. Thigale, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is sent seeking transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post (Exhibit-D, Page No.20). The said proposal is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. submits that in case, the proposal is pending with the Authority and is not yet decided, then the Authority would take decision on its own merits.

The proposal of the petitioner seeking transfer from unaided to aided post (Exhibit-D, Page No.20) is pending with the Authority, then the Authority shall take decision upon it on its own

(2) 6-wp-4273-2018 merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
