Learned advocate for respondents No. 1 and 2 submits that R.C.S. No. 26/2011 itself is disposed of on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties by order dated 12.03.2022 passed by National Lokadalat & Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pachora. He places on record copy of order dated 12.03.2022, same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of disposal of R.C.S. No. 26/2011, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. The writ petition is therefore disposed of as infructuous.
