CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3509 OF 2023 .

Since the entire amount as awarded by the learned Reference Court is deposited with this Court alongwith interest, the execution of impugned judgment and award is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3063 OF 2025 .

It is informed that in connected matters, entire amount deposited is allowed to be withdrawn, 50 percent on furnishing usual undertaking and 50 percent on solvent surety/security.
