The petitioner takes an exception to the concurrent findings of fact recorded by the courts below, whereby, the temporary injunction application filed by the petitioner came to be rejected by the learned trial court and the same has been confirmed by the Appellate Court. Considering these facts, I do not propose to go into the merits of the matter. Suffice it say that the Regular Civil Suit No.92/2022 needs to be expedited. In that view of the matter, writ petition stands disposed of with a request to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusawal, to expedite the said civil suit and endeavour to decide the same within a period of eighteen (18) months from today.
