The learned Counsel for the applicants is seeking modification of the order dated 03.01.2024, passed by this Court. However, on going through the said order, it appears that interim order dated 03.01.2024 only speaks about deciding Misc. Application No. 15 of 2021 within period of two months from the receipt of the said order. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the notices to the parties are yet to be served and, therefore, certain modification is required as regards the time period. However,

{2} 909.odt the concerned Tribunal, if unable to dispose of the said application within the stipulated time, may file an application for extension of time. As such, there is no need to interfere with the order dated 03.01.2024.
