Mr. Mali, learned counsel submits that proposal for approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Junior Clerk is pending with the respondents since the year 2010.

Learned AGP accepts service of notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and submits that in case the said proposal is pending, the Education Officer will take appropriate decision on it.

In case, the proposal (Exh. 'I' page 28) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
