Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGP. The application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition No. 10463/2024 by condoning the delay of 45 days. It appears that the aforesaid Writ Petition was dismissed for non supply of necessary copies for issuance of notice to respondent Nos. 6 and 7. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to supply necessary copies, after restoration of the Writ Petition within a period of two weeks. 2.
