Heard learned senior counsel for the applicants. 2.

It is an application for extension of time to deposit the money. The Hon'ble Supreme Court by its order dated 06.12.2019 in Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 28463/2019 (Arising out of impugned final judgment and order dated 04-11-2019 in WP No. 8250/2019 passed by the High Court of Judicature At Bombay at Aurangabad), Eknath and Ors Vs. Priyadarshani Nagari Cooperative Credit Society Ltd has considered the request of the petitioners to extend the period to deposit the money upto 31.12.2019. However, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has made it clear that no further extension shall be granted.

By this application, the petitioners are seeking permission to deposit the money as per the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court where the Apex Court has specifically put a condition that no time would be extended. This Court could not travel beyond the final verdict of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence, this application is beyond the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the application stands dismissed.
