The petitioner's prayer in the petition is restricted only to the sending of a confidential report alongwith necessary documents, by respondent nos.2/3 to the Rural Development Department of the Government.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Zilla Parishad places before us a compilation of five pages, which are collectively marked as "X' for identification. He points out that the confidential report was ready in September, 2023. Page number 3 of the compilation indicates that the Petitioner himself accepted the copy of the confidential report so as to be transmited to the Desk Officer, Rural Development Department, Consruction Bhavan, State of Maharashtra, Mumbai. However, he did not deliver the copy. Finally, the Chief Executive Officer once again informed the said authority vide communication dated 12.1.2024 and once again enclosed a copy of the confidential report.

In view of the above, this petition does not deserve to be entertained and the same is disposed of.
