These applications are for withdrawal of amount deposited in this Court by the respondent/acquiring body. In First Appeal

2 926 ca 2698.22 No. 907 of 2025 an amount of Rs. 2,87,157/- is deposited and in First Appeal No. 908 of 2025 an amount of Rs. 2,87,156/- is deposited.

Learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body opposes the applications.

I have considered submissions and the contents of the applications. Applicants are waiting for the compensation for last three decades. They are entitled to receive the amount on certain conditions.

The civil applications are partly allowed. Applicants in both the applications are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and remaining 25% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest on furnishing solvent security/surety. The civil applications are disposed of.
