During speaking to the minutes learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the office is not allowing to make amendment in the contempt petition by saying that there is no

2 CA 2077 of 2017 express order permitting the amendment. It is made clear that civil application, which was filed for amendment, is allowed and so permission is granted to make amendment in the contempt petition.

2) Notice needs to be issued to the newly added respondents. Additional notice by e-mail is allowed. Notice made returnable on 1 March 2017. The motion stands disposed of.
