Learned AGP has placed on record copy of communication dated 21.11.2025 received by him from the Special Land Acquisition Officer, wherein it is stated that within 180 days from the receipt of revised proposal of acquisition of petitioner's land, final award will be passed. The time required for each step is mentioned in the said letter. The said communication is marked 'X' for identification purposes. 2.

The respondents shall strictly adhere to the time stipulation given in the communication 'X' and disburse the amount of Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 10-CP-225-2025 compensation to the petitioner within 08 weeks from the date of passing of final award.
