wp-2314.03 ORAL JUDGMENT [PER : CHIEF JUSTICE] :

In this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking directions to permit to run a secondary school in Marathi Medium from 8th standard onwards at village Kansoor, Taluka-Pathri, District Parbhani, on grant-in-aid basis.

2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that permission to run a secondary school from 8th standard onwards in the same village, has already been granted to the Petitioner in the year 2003 itself and grant-in-aid is also provided to the Petitioner as per the policy of the State Government. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions on record, as the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.

Rule is discharged.
