for appellants - acquiring body are present. Mr. G.K. Joshi, Executive Engineer, Latur Minor Irrigation, Latur is present. Learned Advocate Mr. A.N. Sabnis for respondents/claimants is present. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. A.M. Phule for the respondent/State is also present. 2.
All the parties agree that compensation awarded in all matters, which is covered by Government Resolution dated 03/11/2016 read with subsequent corrigendum dated 23/02/2017 and 13/08/2018. Therefore, in view of the same, the appellants are intending to withdraw the appeals. 3.
In view of the above, leave is granted. All the aforesaid appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. Time of three months is granted to deposit the compensation amount. After deposit of the said amount, the respondents/claimants are entitled to withdraw the said amount as per the proportion granted in the impugned awards, alongwith accrued interest. The interest part would be governed by the decisions in State of Maharashtra vs Kailash Shiva Rangari [2016(4) ALL MR 513 (F.B.)] and the State of Maharashtra & ors vs Ramesh s/o Tukaram Meshram & ors [2018(1) ALL MR 645]. Pending civil applications, if any, are also disposed of accordingly.
