Applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 3466 days, setting aside abatement and bringing heirs of the sole deceased applicant/Sheshrao Kishan @ Keshav Bhadare on record. 2.

The cause of action survives against the heirs of the sole claimant, whose land was acquired. They are necessary parties. For the reasons stated in the application, I find that it is desirable to allow the application.

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. The civil application is disposed of.
