Mr. Kazi, learned Counsel for petitioners submits that the writ land is Madadmash Inam land. The same is abolished under the order dated 02nd February, 1982 of the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Beed. The father of the petitioner was declared as restricted tenure holder of Survey Nos. 22 and 95 of Taraf Pingle. The petitioner is entitled for compensation amount.

The learned A.G.P. states that the Deputy Collector, Beed has instructed her that earlier the hearing had taken place. Parties 1 / 2

96_WP201317.odt approached him and stated their claims by filing various documents. Because of the Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti elections, the same could not be concluded and now the scrutiny of the said documents would be completed immediately.

The said statement of learned A.G.P. based on the communication of the Deputy Collector, Beed is accepted. The authority shall act as per the communication made. Needles to state that the authority would consider all the documents which are presented before him including the various orders and judgments. 4.
