Since the order impugned in the writ petition only relates to grant of succession certificate and in the event any rights of the petitioner in respect of any property is affected, the petitioner would be entitled to avail such remedy as are available in law. The succession certificate does not adjudicate rights between the parties qua any property. The petitioner is admittedly not the legal heir of the deceased. As such, I see no reasons to interfere in grant of the succession certificate in the present writ petition.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
