1] This is an application for condonation of delay, bringing L.Rs. of respondent no.3B on record and for setting aside abatement order.
2] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3] Learned counsel Smt.Rashmi Kulkarni objects the claim for condonation of delay and submits that the delay

4] For the reasons stated in the application, the delay caused in moving application for bringing L.Rs. of respondent no.3B on record is condoned and the application stands allowed by setting aside the order of abatement. Appropriate amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Civil application is disposed of accordingly.
