We have heard the learned advocates for the parties. We are not inclined to interfere with the order restoring the application for maintenance, which was withdrawn by the respondent/wife. It was then contended by the learned advocate for the appellant that the appellant is not being allowed to participate in the proceeding.

In view of the above, we direct Family Court, Jalgaon to allow the appellant/husband to participate in the proceeding and decide the same on its own merits after hearing both the parties within a time frame of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

Family Court Appeal is disposed of. Civil Application No.1605/2025 also stands disposed of.
