Today, on behalf of the respondents, the order made by this Court in Letters Patent Appeal No.114/2015, filed in Writ Petition No.1913/2010, dated 29.6.2017 came to be produced. The matter was arising out of the same group. This Court, in the said Letters Patent Appeal, considered everything and refused to grant any relief. It is stated that, there is nothing on the basis of which interference is possible in the order made by learned Single Judge of this Court.
