This writ petition is filed challenging an order passed by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Paranda dated 07.10.2020. By way of impugned order, the suit of the present petitioner i.e. R.C.S. No. 375/2020 is stayed as Special Civil Suit No. 20/2014 dealing with the same property was pending. The learned advocate for the petitioner has placed on record the judgment and order passed in Special Civil Suit No. 20/2014 (New No. 21/2025).

Considering above, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, now the petition has become infructuous. He has

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
