This petition is filed seeking an action of initiation of contempt proceeding against the respondents. Today, when the matter is called out, the Contemnor himself is present in the Court in person along with his Advocate. The learned Advocate for the contemnor has produced on record an affidavit tendering unconditional apology before this Court for not obeying the order in time. It is further stated that now the amount is deposited in the account of the petitioner. The petitioner accepts the said position. Since the order is complied and an apology is tendered, this Court finds that no purpose would be served by proceeding further. The apology is therefore accepted. Since, the petitioner has no further grievance, the action of contempt is dropped against the contemnor.
