PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The Recruitment Rules framed by the State, viz. Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Recruitment) Rules, 1967, provide eligibility in respect of appointment to the post of Health Worker (Aarogya Sevak). A candidate is required to possess qualification of Secondary School Certificate Examination and shall have put in at least 90 days' experience under National Malaria Eradication Scheme. Admittedly, the petitioner does not have the requisite experience under the National Malaria Eradication Scheme and as such, does not fulfill the eligibility criterion prescribed under the Rules of 1967. In this view of the matter, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition is devoid of substance. Hence the petition stands rejected.
