The limited grievance raised in this petition is that though for the rederessal of the grievance of the petitioner raised in this petition, the petitioner has approached to the Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, Amravati. The said authority has not taken cognizance of the grievance of the petitioner. We direct the Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, Amravati to decide the application of the petitioner filed on 15.09.2017 on its own merits and keeping in view the service record of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.

With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.

We make it clear that we have not considered the contentions raised in this petition or in the application/representation on merits and it is for the concerned authority to consider the case on merits. 4.
