It is being submitted that, Section 137 of Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 may provide alternate remedy to challenge the impugned order. In view of the same, the writ petition is not being entertained and is disposed of, with liberty to petitioner to avail alternate remedy.

Parties to appear before the authority on 27th February, 2019 and that would obviate issuing notices to respondents.

The authority to proceed with the matter as early as possible looking at the nature of impugned order and dispose of the same.

Copies be kept ready by petitioner by 27th February, 2019.

If it comes to condonation of delay, the period consumed in pendency of present writ petition shall receive its due.
