Learned counsel submits that the Commissioner had restored the kerosene licence. The petitioner complied all the conditions of the order and also deposited the fine as well as cost of Rs.8,000/-. The petitioner has made representation to the petitioner for restoration of kerosene quota on 17.01.2019, however, cognizance of the same is not taken.

Learned AGP accepts notice for the respondents. 3.

In case, representation of the petitioner (Exh.Ipage 34) is pending with respondent No.4, then respondent No.4 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, preferably within a period of three months.
