The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of present Petition, on 24.01.2025, the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Washi passed an order below Exh. 91 in Summary Criminal Case No.176 of 2016 and observed in Paragraph No.9 as under:

"9.

Today, Ld. Counsels for both the sides orally agreed before the Court that, the Complainant will keep both the witnesses present on next date and the Ld. Counsel for the accused will take the cross-examination of both the witnesses on the same day."
