Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

This application is filed to bring the L.Rs of respondent No.4 in the Civil Application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition. None present for the respondents except the learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Even though the proposed L.Rs of respondent No.4 i.e. 4(a) and 4(b) are duly served, none appears for them. Though there is a delay of 171 days for bringing the L.Rs of respondent No.4 on record, however, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause "A" and "B".
