Present petitions can be disposed of in view of the prayers and the facts. Already Hon'ble Minister, Other Backward Bahujan Welfare Department has passed order on 13.06.2022, which is in favour of the petitioners. It is only the question of implementation of the same. Learned AGP after waiving notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4 makes a statement that the implementation would be done within a period of

WP_2359_2024 three weeks.

Taking into consideration the order passed by Hon'ble Minister, which can be said to have achieved the finality, now the implementation has to be done and, therefore, in view of the statement made, all the steps those are required for implementation of the said order dated 13.06.2022 be undertaken within a period of three weeks from today by the respondents. Both the Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
