The learned A.G.P. relies on the Government Resolution dated 2.6.2016 to contend that the claim of the husband of the petitioner now cannot be considered.

We have also heard Mr Bhosle, learned Advocate for the petitioner. According to the learned Advocate, the claim of the husband of the petitioner was pending and was never rejected.

In view of the Government Resolution dated 2.6.2016, it would not be possible to consider the case of the present petitioner. 4.
