The appellant - State Acquiring Body is seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned in these applications which appears to be caused due to obtaining

(2) 921 CA-1456.2023 & ors.odt sanctions at various stages. Though the applications are opposed, but considering the statutory right of the appellant State Acquiring Body, the aforesaid delay periods stand condoned.
