Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, respondent no.3 the Joint Sub Registrar has issued the notice dated 10.3.2015 in contravention of the provisions of Section 32(A) of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958 and Rule 6 of the Bombay Stamp (Determination of True Market Value of the Property Rules), 1995. Learned counsel submits that, even in the appeal, respondent no.2 the Deputy Inspector of General of Registration has also not considered the same.

Till the next date of hearing, the effect, execution and implementation of the notice dated 10.3.2015 passed by respondent No.3 and confirmed by the respondent no.2 in Appeal No.11 of 2015 are hereby stayed.
