After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail in favour of applicant No.2 IQBAL AHMAD SHAFI AHMAD. Learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw his application. Leave granted. His application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

Similarly situated co-accused has been released on bail. Therefore, applicant No.1 Pradeep is entitled to parity. Hence, the following order :

(i) Bail Application is partly allowed.

937-BA.250-23.odt (ii) Applicant No.1 PRADEEP BAJIRAO JAGDALE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.590 of 2022, registered by Police Station Taluka Jalna, District Jalna, for the offence punishable under Section 20 of the N.D.P.S. Act, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall not involve in similar crimes.

(c) He shall attend the trial on each and every effective hearing.
