DATE : 1st APRIL, 2021 PER COURT :- Today, the first appeals are disposed of in view of pursis dated 22-03-2021 filed by appellant-Acquiring Body, stating therein that, the compensation awarded by the Reference Court is within the limits of the Government Resolution dated 3rd November, 2016. Therefore, the appellant-Acquiring Body does not want to pursue the matters.

In view of disposal of first appeals, the applicantsclaimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by appellant-Acquiring Body, alongwith interest accrued thereon, if any.
