After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners for sometime and after having perused the order impugned in the present petition, it appears to me that the present petition can be disposed of by directing the learned District Judge-I at Kopargaon to decide the Regular Civil Appeal No.84 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of one year after receipt of the writ from this Court.
