1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Rasta case filed by the petitioner was remitted back under the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court dated 25th July, 2019 in Writ Petition No.7100 of 2018. After the matter was remitted back, no further steps are undertaken by the Mamlatdar.

2] In case Raste case as remitted by the learned Single Judge of this Court by order dated 25th July, 2019 in Writ Petition No.7100 of 2018 is pending with Mamlatdar, then, the Mamlatdar shall take decision upon the said case, in accordance with law and procedure, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously preferably within a period of six [6] months.
