Learned AGP Mr. S.M. Ganachari and representative officer for the appellant, are present before Panel today. 2.
For the reasons stated in the Civil Application No.8122/2014, delay in filing First Appeal Stamp No.3711/2014 stands condoned. Office is directed to register the First Appeal.

The learned AGP on instructions seeks leave to withdraw first appeals in view of the Government Resolution No. Sankirna- 2014/ pra.kra.4/ Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018 to the said Government Resolution.

Leave is granted. First appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.

If the amount is already deposited in this Court, the same shall be transmitted to the Reference Court along with accrued interest. The respondents/Claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount with accrued interest thereon. If the amount is not deposited or if there is deficit, the same shall be deposited before the Reference Court within a period of six months from today. Same shall be treated as an Undertaking. On deposit of such amount, same shall be disbursed to the respondents/ Claimants with accrued interest. 6.
The court fees be refunded as per rules.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
