After hearing learned Counsel for both sides for substantial time, learned Counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings as provided by law. He further prays for continuation of the stay of the impugned order for a period of four weeks.

Learned Counsel for respondent has opposed the said prayer as well as opposed to extension of the stay to the impugned order. 3.

It is for the petitioner to pursue or withdraw the petition. The petitioner is seeking leave to file appropriate proceeding as provided by law. He cannot be prevented from doing so. Hence, petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

The impugned order is stayed since 08/02/2016, thus there is no reason or justification not continue the said stay for a period of four weeks from today. Hence, petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The interim stay granted by this court to the impugned order to be continued for a period of four weeks.
