1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. After arguing some time, the petitioner restricted his prayer to seeking expeditious disposal of the suit as the injunction is operating against him.

2] In view of the submission canvassed, it is directed that the trial Court to decide the Regular Civil Suit No.292 of 2020 within a period of three years from the date of production of this order.
