This is an application moved by the applicant, who is claiming to be a legal heir of claimant - Raosaheb Tulshiram Khadap. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is having three sisters but they have already relinquished their share in the land in dispute and, therefore, for the purpose of the present proceedings, they are not necessary parties and, therefore, he prays for his impleadment in the present matter as a legal heir of Raosaheb.

This appeal has been filed by the acquiring body and because the applicant who is the son of deceased - Raosaheb, has approached with this application on death of Raosaheb, appellant has no objection to allow the present application.

The appellants are directed to amend the title clause of the appeal memo within a period of one week.
