The present applicant, who is arrested by Bhagyanagar Police Station, District Nanded, in Crime No. I-08/2014, registered for the offences punishable under section 302, 201, 34 of the I.P. Code, is praying for his release on bail.

The present applicant's earlier application
bearing Criminal Application No. 3216/2014, for similar relief, was allowed to be withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 31st July, 2014, to the extent of present applicant, with liberty to file similar application on the same set of facts after a period of six months in case the trial is not concluded during that period. As the trial is not concluded, the present application. 4.
The earlier order dated 31st July, 2014 would show that the wife of the present applicant, being a woman, was directed to be released on bail.

The case papers as well as submissions from both sides would show that it appears to be a case of honour-killing of 17 years old daughter of the present applicant and his wife.
The evidence is of circumstantial nature. The trial may take its own time. In the circumstances, the applicant can very well be now released on bail. Hence, the following order :- 6.
The applicant - Madhav s/o Venkatrao Jayabhaye be released on bail in Crime No. I-08/2014, registered with Bhagyanagar Police Station, District Nanded, for
the offences punishable under section 302, 201, 34 of the I.P. Code, on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

The present application accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.
