We have heard Mr. Bolkar, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the matter was kept before the Tahsildar on 26.10.2021. On the said date, the petitioners sought adjournment for filing say and now the matter is kept on 30.11.2021. It is also for the petitioners to co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

As the enquiry is already conducted and hearing is given by the Tahsildar, no further orders are necessary. It is expected that Tahsildar
