Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 1st March, 2024, the District Deputy Registrar has tendered a report dated 14th March, 2024, to the office of the Minister for Co-operation and the Additional Secretary, Cooperation, Marketing and Textile, Government of Maharashtra, so also to the Director, Marketing, State of Maharashtra. According to the Petitioners, the said report is a complete somersault on the factual position and the stand earlier taken. The Petitioners would also have to challenge the said report.

In view of the above and considering the submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective sides, who did not oppose the amendment, the Civil Application is allowed. The Petitions be amended. Additional grounds with prayers with regard to the report dated 14th March, 2024, are permitted. Amendment be carried out on or before 12th April, 2024. A freshly typed copy of the amended Writ Petition Memorandum be tendered within the said period. 3.

Stand over to 23rd April, 2024. To be called out after the fresh admission board is over.
