Mr.Salgar, learned counsel holding for Mr.Gaware, learned counsel for petitioners submits that Reference U/s 30 of the Land Acquisition Act is already decided on 6.8.2016 in favour of the present petitioners.

Mr.Adgaonkar, learned counsel submits that the Respondents have filed appeal and stay is granted in the appeal.

As Reference itself is decided, nothing remains for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. The parties would now be governed by the final order passed by the appellate Court, where the appeal is filed against the judgment and award U/s 30 of the Land Acquisition Act. 4.

In light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
