Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the representation dated 16.01.2024 at page no. 176 of the Petition paper book, is also addressed to the Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. It is prayed that the representation be considered and response be communicated to the Petitioner.

Issue is as regard an online examination being conducted by the TCS. We are informed that there is hardly any human intervention in the entire process of the exam. The Petitioner desires that question papers as well as answer sheets, should be made available to

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We would expect Respondent No. 3 to deal with the said representation. If necessary, the said Respondent shall get in touch with the Chief Secretary of the State of Maharashtra for any assistance or clarification. The response of the State Government, on the representation, be conveyed to the Petitioner through the Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar within a period of 150 days.
