By this application the prayer is made to permit applicants to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent No.4. Further, there is prayer to condone the delay of 179 days in filing the application. Having considered the submissions advanced and the pleadings in paragraph Nos.1 to 6 of the application and the consent given by the learned Advocates appearing for respective respondents, the application deserves to be allowed.
