Learned APP waives notice for all respondents and in view of the fact that the writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent No. 1 to decide the proposal for the pre-mature release of the petitioner which is pending since 04.09.2023, upon instructions from respondent No. 1, she submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of three weeks. 2.

In view of the said statement made on behalf of respondent No. 1 which is now taken as undertaking, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No. 1 to decide the
