The learned AGP submits that according to the Respondents, the Petitioner is neither an owner of the property, nor has she any share in the property and she would not be entitled for any benefit in view of the report dated 24.09.2021. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that she wants to withdraw this Petition.
